We are a network of independent contractor/freelance transcriptionists, both newbie and experienced. We, therefore, are self-employed and we work for ourselves. We absolutely have the freedom to find outside projects.
We are in partnership with a transcription company that handles all client acquisition and customer service so that all we need to do is concentrate on what we do best -- TRANSCRIBING.
We set our own schedule and the number of hours we want
to work every week. The money we make as an independent contractor is based
upon the amount of work we do. Our team of transcriptionists have been earning since 2010.
As freelancers, we are expected to follow a certain set of
guidelines. Our success in this line of work is totally dependent on the
quality of work we do.
Do you have what it takes to be part of the team?
Qualifications:
- Has passion for transcription. NOT MERELY gets the job done but gets the job done ACCURATELY.
- Excellent listening and research skills.
- Fast typist (at least 60 words per minute).
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
Requirements:
- Computer with internet connection.
- PayPal account.
- Express Scribe or any transcription software.
- Good quality headset.
